Wine Spectator, MaryAnn Worobiec
"A terrific, fragrant mix of litsea, lemongrass and mango aromas gives way to succulent peach, pear and melon flavors. Spice, honeysuckle and peach cobbler notes linger on the finish, where a thread of acidity imparts a refreshing edge. Drink now."

The beautiful golden color of this Sauvignon Blanc has amazing clarity in the glass. Aging in French oak for 9 months contributes to this wine’s incredible depth and richness. It opens with tropical aromas of honeysuckle, citrus oil, white peach, and passion fruit. On the palate, the bright fruit shines while delivering vibrant acidity, incredible depth and delicate layers of oak.

Vintage NotesOur 2017 harvest wrapped up early fall following summer heat spurts and a growing season that saw significant rain throughout the state, ending a five-year drought. The season began with rainfall that refilled reservoirs and replenished soils. Harvest began early at a normal pace, and then progressed rapidly during a heat wave in late August and early September. Temperatures cooled in mid-September, slowing the harvest pace and allowing grapes to ripen gradually. This is a strong quality vintage.
