"The 2025 WALT Rosé was sourced from several locations for Pinot Noir throughout California. This is rich, beautifully-textured stuff with loads of cranberry, pomegranate seed and guava fruits alongside Mandarin orange zest. It is impossible to resist in its mineral-laden youth. Drink 2026–2032."
We produce our Rosé with a style of winemaking known as the "saignée" method. After crushing the grapes, we keep the juice on the grape skins for a short time to obtain the perfect pink color. The pink juice is then separated and fermented in tanks and barrels like a white wine.

The 2025 Rosé of Pinot Noir opens with vibrant aromas of fresh peach, strawberry, and citrus peel, layered with a hint of fresh-cut flowers. The palate is silky and refined, with notes of rose petal lifted by bright acidity and a crisp, dry finish.
