We are committed to crafting the best wines possible. With that, we are proud to offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of the wines you purchase from us.

How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.


Join vintner Kathryn Hall with the HALL Family Wines team for three nights of fabulous wine and unforgettable memories in beautiful Maui. This one-of-a-kind trip is open exclusively for wine club members, Partners and their guests.

This island retreat will include a private cultural ceremony, a spectacular private dinner under the stars in Makena, as well as a tasting and reception evening at Kathryn’s waterfront home in Makena. Intertwined with our evening events are wine education tastings, led by President Mike Reynolds, snorkeling, and water activities.

2023 MAUI MEMBER RETREAT ITINERARY

DAY 1:  August 8th, 4:30PM – 7:30PM: WELCOME RECEPTION AT HALL RESIDENCE
LOCATION: 4950 MAKENA RD UNIT 1

ATTIRE: Hawaii casual. Most folks don’t wear shoes inside homes in Maui.  You are welcome to do the same or keep your shoes on – your preference.
TRANSPORTATION: We will offer a shuttle to pick guests up from the preferred hotels. Parking is limited at the residence.

4:30 PM: Shuttle (Akina Tours & Transportation) picks up guests from Hotel
5 PM: Guests arrive at Hall Residence
5 PM – 6:45  PM: Welcome reception, Introduction, and Wine Tasting, and Pupu’s
6:45 PM – 7 PM: Cultural Ceremony
7 PM – 8 PM: Reception continues
8 PM: Shuttle departs for Hotel

9:45 AM - 1:15 PM: KAI KANANI Charter & Lunch
1:15 PM: Shuttle picks up guests to return to preferred hotels

Description: This is the top snorkeling destination for visitors to Maui, with the clearest water in Hawaii and over 250 species of fish. Experiencing Molokini’s pristine reef and marine life without the crowds is Kai Kanani’s privilege due to its exclusive South Maui location, timing their 65-foot luxury catamaran’s tours to maximize exclusivity.

The cruise has two snorkeling locations, placed in the heart of the day when the Maui sun lights up the colors of the fish and coral below and you can take in the full spectrum of the beauty of Molokini’s incredible reef. Then snorkel along the Makena Coast to swim with the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle.*
The waters surrounding Maui are very clear, which means that you can see fish up to hundreds of feet away.

Food, beverages included. Guests are responsible for their own transportation.
