We are committed to crafting the best wines possible. With that, we are proud to offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of the wines you purchase from us.

How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

2017 HALL Ellie's Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep ruby hue with open aromatics - hints of violet, black cherry, and subtle earthy spice. The palate is nuanced and layered with darker flavors of black olives, cassis, and cocoa. Balanced tannin lengthens the finish with just a touch of tobacco and earth.
2019 WALT Sangiacomo Chardonnay
Fresh aromas of white flowers, struck flint, vanilla and lemon zest. The palate is meringue-like in texture, sitting lightly in the mouth while melting in to creamy richness. The wine finishes with bright acidity, enhancing the lemon notes.
2019 BACA Marbles Zinfandel
The 2019 vintage is bursting with vibrant, dynamic flavors. Sunny red berries and dried jamaica flowers are accented with notes of orange zest, black pepper, and star anise. Concentrated and complex, the palate is a balanced interplay of vibrant acidity, silky tannins, and a fresh wash of minerality.
