1,000 Miles of Pinot: Discover Our Rosé

Crafted using the saignée method, our Rosé captures the vibrancy and nuance of Pinot Noir in its most delicate form. After a brief time on the skins to achieve its beautiful salmon hue, the juice is gently separated and fermented in a mix of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks—resulting in a Rosé that’s bright, layered, and effortlessly expressive.

This approach reflects our commitment to thoughtful, precise winemaking across every style. The result is a wine that balances crisp acidity with elegant texture, making it a fresh, compelling addition to the 1,000 Miles of Pinot journey.

We produce our Rosé with a style of winemaking known as the saignée method. After crushing the grapes, we keep the juice on the grape skins for a short time to obtain the perfect salmon color. The resulting pink juice is separated from the skins, and fermented in both oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
